OVERVIEW

PACOGARD™ Panel Separator or "Slip" Sheets are a line of proprietary, process enhancement products specifically engineered to protect both Inner & Outerlayer PCB Panels from scrap resulting from handling Damage, excessive Oxidation and Air-borne Particulates. PACOGARD™ also significantly reduces "False Alarms" at AOI.

PACOGARD™, Panel Interleaving or "Slip" Sheets, in standard format, are a proprietary, layered construction consisting of a cellulosic core sandwiched between "White" polymeric barrier layers that are fully releasable.

PACOGARD™ #9000, approximately .009" [225µ] thick, offers self-supporting rigidity, maximum panel protection, and durability.
